Please log any hazards, incidents and near miss events through the below forms. Your report will be assessed by the College's Head of Safety, Risk & Assurance. Other relevant staff may be notified automatically.

An incident is an event that causes injury or illness to persons or property damage.  

A near miss is an event that has, or had, the potential to cause injury or illness to persons or property damage. 

A hazard is a situation or something that has the potential to harm a person or damage property.
